Pupusas lover was founded by three sisters in 2018, All born and raised in El Salvador Central America, but immigrated to the US in the late 90’s. It was always their dream to open their own restaurant and be able to share their mother’s recipes. Moving to the state of Colorado the sisters realized that there was not many Salvadoran restaurants in the area and the cuisine was not very well known.
